Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return request within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please note that certain products are non-returnable, especially if they are custom, assembled, or modified.
Non-returnable items include:
Assembled cabinets or parts
Modified items (e.g. cut, drilled, altered)
Items not in original packaging
Custom-made or special-order products
Assembled items missing components or damaged
Items returned without the original invoice or sales order
Returns submitted after 30 days may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the item(s).
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee applies to most approved returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Submit a Return:
Email [email protected] with your return request within 30 days of delivery.
Include your name, order number, and detailed reason for return.
We will respond within 1–4 business days with return approval instructions.
Once returned items are inspected and confirmed to be in resellable condition, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
Damaged Products & Replacements
We strive to ensure your cabinets arrive in excellent condition. In the rare case that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will make every effort to replace the affected items at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:
Email [email protected] within 10 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damage, your order number, and a brief description.
We will review and respond within 1–4 business days.
If a full cabinet or part is replaced, the original becomes the property of NexGen Cabinets and may be picked up for inspection. All items must remain in original packaging until we provide instructions.
White Glove or Freight Delivery Notice
If your order is shipped via truck freight or white glove service, the person who placed the order must be present to inspect and sign at delivery.
Important Steps:
Inspect all packages carefully while the driver is present.
Notate any visible damage on the delivery slip (even minor).
Write “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt if applicable.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos and details before assembly begins.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing quickly, cancellations must be requested by email as soon as possible.
To cancel:
Send an email with subject “Cancellation Request” to [email protected]
Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
You will receive a written confirmation within 2 business days.
Note:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped, assembled, or in production. If cancellation is not possible, you may proceed with a return under the above Return Policy.
Refunds on canceled orders (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
